Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") before using the Moneyfactor app ("the App"). The App is published by Yutani Labs, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. What Moneyfactor is
Moneyfactor is a tool that helps you estimate and compare the costs of financing or leasing a vehicle — for example, calculating lease payments, loan payments, money factors, residual values, and lease-versus-buy comparisons, and flagging when a dealer's money factor appears marked up.
2. Estimates only — not financial advice
The figures Moneyfactor produces are estimates for comparison and educational purposes only. They are not financial, tax, legal, or professional advice, and they are not an offer of financing.
- Results depend entirely on the numbers you enter and on general formulas and reference data. They may differ — sometimes significantly — from the actual terms a dealer, lender, or lessor offers you.
- Tax rates, fees, residual values, money-factor "buy rates," and incentive rules vary by lender, region, credit profile, and over time. Moneyfactor's reference data is approximate and may be incomplete or out of date.
- Moneyfactor does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any result.
- Always confirm exact figures and terms directly with your dealer, lender, or a qualified financial professional before making any decision or signing any agreement. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make.
3. License
Subject to these Terms, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the App except as allowed by law.
4. Purchases
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are shown in the App and on the App Store and may vary by region and over time.
- The Pro purchase is a one-time payment, not a subscription. There is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge.
- You can restore a previous Pro purchase on your devices using the "Restore Purchases" option in the App.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple, not by us, in accordance with Apple's refund policies.
5. Your content
Any numbers, scenarios, or notes you enter are yours and are stored on your device. The App does not transmit them to us. You are responsible for backing up or exporting anything you want to keep; deleting the App or its saved data removes it permanently.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result it produces will be accurate or reliable.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Yutani Labs, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, savings, or data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App or any reliance on its results — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
8. Changes
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Material changes to these Terms will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date and posted at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Apple as a third-party beneficiary
These Terms are between you and Yutani Labs, LLC, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. To the extent these Terms differ from Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for licensed applications, the applicable terms of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the standard EULA govern your license to use the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
