Moneyfactor

The short version
Moneyfactor does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any of your data. Everything you enter stays on your device. We have no servers, no analytics, no trackers, and no account system. We cannot see your numbers, and neither can anyone else.
What data the app handles, and where it lives
Moneyfactor is a calculator. When you use it, you may enter information such as vehicle prices, money factors, interest rates, lease and loan terms, your state, and saved deal scenarios. All of this is stored locally on your device using Apple's standard on-device storage (UserDefaults). It never leaves your device through Moneyfactor.
- We do not operate any servers, and the app makes no network connections to send your data anywhere.
- We do not use any analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking services. There are no third-party SDKs that collect data.
- We do not ask for, access, or store your name, email, phone number, contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, or any device identifiers.
- We do not require you to create an account or sign in.
Because we never receive your data, the App Store privacy label for Moneyfactor is "Data Not Collected."
When information leaves your device — only when you choose
The only time anything you entered leaves your device is when you explicitly choose to share or copy it:
- Share / export a deal. If you tap a share or export control, the app generates a document (such as a PDF of your deal) and hands it to Apple's standard iOS share sheet. From there, you decide what to do with it — save it, email it, message it, or cancel. Moneyfactor does not send it anywhere; you do.
- Copy to clipboard. If you tap a "copy" control (for example, to copy a script to use with a dealer), the text is placed on your device clipboard for you to paste wherever you like.
In both cases the action is initiated by you, the destination is chosen by you, and Moneyfactor receives no copy of what you shared.
Purchases
Moneyfactor offers a one-time in-app purchase ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple's App Store and StoreKit — Moneyfactor never sees or stores your payment information, card details, or Apple Account credentials. Apple processes the transaction; your purchase status is stored on your device and synced through your Apple Account by Apple, not by us. Apple's handling of purchase data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
Children
Moneyfactor is a general-audience financial calculator and is not directed at children. Because the app collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children.
Data security and retention
Your data lives only on your device and is protected by your device's own security (passcode, Face ID / Touch ID, and iOS data protection). Because we never receive your data, we have nothing to retain, breach, or delete on our end. You can remove all data the app stores at any time by clearing the app's saved scenarios within the app, or by deleting the app from your device.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised version at this URL. Because the app collects no data, any future change that would involve collecting data would be described here clearly before it took effect.
